Services & fees · Seaford, NY
a pitch sent is worth nothing. a conversation secured is the only thing worth paying for.
So it’s the only thing we charge for. Every Kettlequill campaign is priced by the interviews that actually happen — four, five or six — and everything that makes those interviews worth having is folded into one flat fee: the research, the brief, the kit, the clips.
*Fees are agreed in writing before the first pitch leaves Riverside Avenue.

By the piece
for founders between campaigns, or already booked on their own
Some arrive with an interview already in the diary and simply want to walk in prepared. These are the pieces most often asked for alone — the same craft as a campaign, priced by the item, invoiced on delivery.

Footnote one, personal pitching: Pitching isn’t sold on its own. We’re paid for conversations that happen; putting a price on the pitch would quietly reward us for sending more of them.
back to the ledger -
Footnote two, secured interviews: An interview counts toward your steep once it has been recorded. If a show cancels, or the episode hasn’t aired within 90 days of recording, we rebook from your approved list at no added fee.
back to the ledger -
Footnote three, captioned clips: Clips are yours to post, re-cut and keep — delivered in 9:16 and 1:1, captions burned in, with a separate caption file for your own editor.
back to the ledger -
Footnote four, weeks on the circuit: Weeks are estimates; hosts keep their own calendars. We keep pitching until your count is met, and the fee doesn’t move if it takes a little longer.
back to the ledger -
Footnote five, the flat fee: Half the fee is invoiced at kickoff, the balance once your third interview is secured. Settled by ACH, wire or card — never a per-pitch or per-show charge.
